I will try to read more on this over the weekend. Perhaps @whilefoo has also some ideas. I am quite sure we can solve it somehow.

There is a transient bug where it would "cross contaminate" its execution. The invocation would be in one repo, and the result would be in another. It would maintain the pull/issue number, so you were likely working on some #17 on some repo @gentlementlegen, likely within the @ubiquity organization.
